For instance, if you are thinking about a family home, the schools nearby, the general lifestyle, and the value of property in the whole neighborhood. For commercial though, you’ll want to look at the franchises, malls, offices, and other buildings in the area.
Without the right game plan, it doesn’t matter how much you invest in setting up a 5-bedroom luxury dwelling, and if it’s on a low-value street, you won’t get much for it.
