You need a proper working strategy to make sure you don’t end up getting talked into putting down a ridiculous amount for a site that just isn’t worth it. Things like, ‘what are your plans for this property?’, ‘is it a personal home or up for rent?’, ‘how much time do you have to look around for the right choice?’ are all important questions to ask.
Property value tends to increase differently based on whether the building is going to be commercial or residential. For instance, if you are thinking about a family home, the schools nearby, the general lifestyle, and the value of property in the whole neighborhood. For commercial though, you’ll want to look at the franchises, malls, offices, and other buildings in the area.
Without the right game plan, it doesn’t matter how much you invest in setting up a 5-bedroom luxury dwelling, and if it’s on a low-value street, you won’t get much for it.
